"You are not dust. Dust remains. You are not forgotten. To be forgotten, one must first be known. You are less than nothing, for even nothing can be named."
With but a gesture, you invoke an apocalyptic force upon a single creature within range, eradicating it from existence entirely. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is utterly annihilated, and the following occurs:
- The target's body is destroyed beyond all means of recovery. Leaving no remains, not even ash or dust.
- The target's soul is violently unmade, preventing it from entering any afterlife, being trapped, resurrected, reincarnated, or restored by any means, including Wish, True Resurrection, or Divine Intervention.
- Any memories of the creature begin to fade from the minds of all but those who shared a deep, meaningful connection with it. For others, its presence becomes an impossible void in history, as though it never existed. Written records, paintings, and similar depictions remain but seem detached or unimportant, fading with time unless meticulously maintained.
- Any magical item, creation, non-magical item, or lingering spell effect tied to the target, or on the targets person, ceases to exist.
If the target succeeds on the saving throw, it instead takes 10d12 force damage, and its soul trembles on the brink of annihilation. If this damage reduces the creature to 0 hit points, it is annihilated as if it had failed the saving throw.
"Do not resist. You will not remember."
