Celestial Chains

When a person of faith gains a holy relic, worth at least 25gp, they can call upon the celestial plane and bring forth blinding chains that can wrap up their opponent, restraining them. The target must make a strength or dexterity (their choice) saving throw. On a success they take half damage by the chains and the spell ends their, but if they fail they become restrained and take radiant damage. At the start of every turn the target takes 2d8 radiant damage and then the target can use their action to make another saving throw against the effects. If this spell is used against an undead or fiend creature then it does an extra d8 of damage.

When this spell is cast at a higher level add 1d8 per level.
