Vicious Dabbery

You feel a sudden surge of adrenaline course through your body when a friendly creature you see within range rolls a natural 20 on an attack roll against an enemy creature within range. Rather than ride the wave you decide to release the excitement for your colleague's achievement by dabbing in congratulations. However, this dab is no ordinary dab, but a dab laced with adrenaline fueled magic. When the dab is hit, the friendly creature gains advantage on it's next attack against that same creature due to your boastful gesture lifting it's spirits. Also the enemy creature has disadvantage on it's next attack against the friendly creature due to the insult to injury it received from the power released by your vicious dab.
