Description:

You extend your hand toward the corpse of a creature that has died within the last minute, calling forth its shadow to rise in servitude. The creature animates as a Shadow Minion, a spectral undead bound to your will. It retains its original form but is wreathed in dark energy, its body partially intangible.

  • The Shadow Minion follows your mental commands and takes its turn immediately after yours.
  • you can Shadow Swap with the minion and use the minions perception as your own.
  • you can cast through shadow you can use the shadow minion to cast though them.
  • Its statistics are identical to its living form, except:
    • Its HP is reduced to half its original maximum.
    • It gains resistance to nonmagical damage.
    • It loses all spellcasting abilities if it had any.
    • It gains darkvision 60 feet (if it didn’t already have it).
    • Its damage type changes to necrotic unless you choose otherwise.

At the end of the spell's duration, the minion dissolves into shadow. If you cast this spell on a new corpse, the previous minion fades.
