Bless The Rains

You bless any precipitation or clouds within 5 miles of you for the duration. You must be outdoors to cast this spell. Moving to a place where you don’t have a clear path to the sky ends the spell early.

Any fiend or undead that starts its turn in the blessed precipitation or precipitation produced by a blessed cloud takes 2d6 radiant damage on that turn, and fiends and undead treat all areas effected by the precipitation as difficult terrain.
