Bestow Minor Magicka

You pluck a strand of hair from your body and wrap it around a willing creatures finger or wrist. Upon completing the spell you reach into their mind and plant the subconscious ability to cast one cantrip from your list of cantrips. The target gains the ability to cast that cantrip using constitution as their spellcasting modifier. This effect ends either once the cantrip is cast or you finish a long rest. 

This spell can only be cast on one willing target at a time, and should it be cast a second time the original spell fades from the targets subconscious.
