Aya's instant painter

There are 2 ways to cast this spell:

1. Create a picture.
   As a final casting step, take a look through a lens. Whatever you see, will be painted on the parchment. 
2. Recall a picture.
   Browse through pictures that were previously painted on that parchment and have one of them reappear on it.

Picture will remain painted on the parchment as long as it stays within 60` from the caster.
If it is moved farther away, it will no longer be visible, but will remain in parchment's memory.
