activation: to activate the spell you must hold out your hand out towards your target then say (once you shake my hand nether of us will be able o attack each other in any way ,now do we have a deal)
spell affects: once someone sakes the users hand then green transparent chains connect the hands of the target and user . now the target and the caster can't attack or order anyone to attack the other if the target attempts to attack you the damage bounces back or the target try's to order anyone to attack the other it will be blurred out for everyone but you and the target the same happens if you try it .
if rejected you lose a spell slot and no deal is made
duration details : the 30 minute duration refers to how long you can offer the deal for the true duration of the spell once activated is unlimited until ether the caster or the target dies
