activation details: in one hand hold the parchment and in the other hold the time telling device and hold them in the air the parchment must be pointing in the direction that sun rises and the parchment towards where the sun sets then chant this line (show me the future that is yet to come) then the time device will turn to ink but only the ink required amount of ink and the rest of the time telling device will turn to sand around 4 seconds after the ink writes on the parchment.
affects: the ink created from the time telling device flys onto the paper and writes your and everyone within 20ft off you it will then tell a date next to the name. on this date a terrible thing will happen to you and the others this scales between a life changing injury to death.
