This spell's duration is ended prematurely if you lose Concentration or if the target of the spell moves out of sight of you. If this spell ends naturally, the target is erased from reality, such that only a casting of wish may return them. If the spell ends prematurely, all creatures within 30 ft. of you including yourself take 20d12 force damage and are knocked Unconscious.
