You reshape natural terrain in a 60 foot cube centered on a point you can see within range. You can remove or reshape the present terrain as you choose within the cube, but you can not add material to the area. You may change the state of matter anywhere within the area as if you used the Transmute Matter Power, but only natural terrain can be affected. The Power requires a full 10 minutes of concentration to fully shape the area. If your concentration is broken in that time the change halts and the terrain will only be partly shifted.
