War Song

You teach the selected instrument a simple beat or melody and then release it from your hands. The instrument will stay hovering in the position you left it, continually emitting that beat or melody until the spell ends.

For as long as the casting Bard has uses of Bardic Inspiration, any creature within hearing range of your instrument whose intentions are aligned with the caster may sing or chant along to the War Song as a free action to gain a use of Bardic Inspiration. The instrument will keep playing even if the Bard has run out of uses of Bardic Inspiration. 

As a free action, the Bard may dismiss the spell at any time, causing the instrument to slowly fall to the ground.

If the instrument is moved or destroyed, the spell ends.
