You touch a common or uncommon magic item. You can attune yourself to it or end someone's attunement to it.

At higher levels.                                                                   When you cast this spell by using a 4th level spell slot you can cast this spell on rare and very rare items and when you cast it by using 6st spell slot and above you can affect legendary items and and artifacts.
