You shoot a shard of ice towards a creature upon a hit the target takes 1d6 cold damage at the beginning of each of its turns and its seed is decreased by 20ft at the end of each of the targeted creatures turns it can make a constitution saving throw on a success the spell ends

For every level after 3rd the damage increases by 1d6
