You conjure a focused vortex of wind at a point within range, creating a swirling eye of the storm that pulls creatures toward it. Each creature within a 15-foot radius of the vortex must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 5d6 slashing damage and is pulled 10 feet toward the center of the vortex.

At the beginning of the affected creatures’ turns, while you are concentrating on this spell, the vortex deals 5d6 slashing damage. The creatures can make another Strength saving throw to attempt escaping the effects of the spell. The vortex remains stationary and does not move unless you use your action to reposition it by 15 feet in any direction.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each level above 5th.
