You touch a willing creature who isn’t wearing armor. Until the spell ends, the target’s base AC becomes 14 plus its dexterity modifier and gives them resistance to psychic damage. The spell ends early if the target dons armor. The spell also lets the target in place as an action, yell "Praise Jeff." and all creatures that do not actively praise Jeff must make a wisdom saving throw or take 3d6 psychic damage, of half as much on a success. You can do this three times before the spell ends
