You conjure up the force of Jeff, to make a wall of praising him, you can make up to a 50ft long physic wall of Jeff. Any creature in the area not part of the Jeff cult needs to make an intelligence save or take 6d6 physic damage. Any time someone who does not praise Jeff walks into the wall or starts or ends it turn in the wall also takes the damage and is pushed outside the wall in the direction of your choosing.
