You speak in fragmented words that worm into a creature’s mind. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, they take 1d6 psychic damage and suffer disadvantage on the next saving throw they make before the end of their next turn.

The spell’s damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 11th level, and 4d6 at 17th level.
