Adeema's Broken Veil

By temporaly ripping holes in the ethereal border, you create a moment in which one step can prove fatal. Every creature of your choice in the sphere must succed on a CON saving throw or  is Grappled and falls Prone until the end of their next turn, as parts of it's body is trapped between realms. You then can choose one willing creature inside the sphere and immediately teleport them to another unoccupied space inside the sphere. A creature can use his action to free himself or another creature, ending the restrained condition.

Using Higher-Level Spell Slots. you can target one additional creature to teleport for every spell level above 4th.
