Bitter Cold Blast

You target a point in space and a blisteringly cold wave of ice and snow erupts from it with a whump, showering any creatures within a 10-foot radius. Any creature within the radius takes 1d10 cold damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn. Creatures with resistance to cold damage have advantage on the save, and creatures immune to cold damage automatically succeed on their saving throw.

At Higher Levels. When this spell is cast from a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, creatures within the radius take an additional 1d10 cold damage for each spell slot level above 2nd.
