Note: This spell is a 10th level spell.
You create twelve javelins of ice that orbit within 30 feet of you at incredible speed. The ice javelins move with you and grant you immunity to cold and fire damage, and all ranged weapon attacks that pass through the area automatically miss for the duration. The cold freezes nonmagical liquids within 60 feet of you that are not being worn or carried.
Any creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of you or enters the area for the first time on its turn must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 6d12 cold damage and 6d12 piercing damage. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage. All creature's speed is halved in the area, except your speed.
You can use a bonus action to send one of the ice javelins streaking toward one creature or object you can see within 300 feet of you. When you do so, make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 6d12 piercing damage. Hit or miss, the ice javelin then explodes. The target and each creature within 30 feet of it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 6d12 cold damage on a failure, half damage on a successful save. The javelin is expended when used in this way. The spell ends early if you expend the last ice javelin.
