Aero's Vast Expanse

Create a 30 ft radius sphere starting at your location of no gravity and heavy winds. Inside the sphere all non flying creatures (excluding the caster and his/her party) become prone, have the effects of being drunk, and float around uncontrollably. All flying creatures gain 30 ft flying speed and all the casters allies gain small wings and 30 ft flying speed for the duration.
