Humming a tune, you imbue the weapon used in the spell’s casting with music and a strain of The Weave. Make one attack with this weapon using your spellcasting ability for the attack and damage rolls instead of using Strength or Dexterity.
If the attack deals damage, choose one of the following effects to take place:
Singing Blade. Your weapon reverberates with dangerous and distracting vibrations. The attack deals Thunder damage instead of the weapon's normal damage type. If the damaged creature targets you with a spell or cantrip during their next turn, you may add 1d4 to your AC or Saving Throw for that attack.
Dancing Blade. You momentarily flicker from sight, potentially allowing you to move around your target unhindered. If the target is adjacent to you, they must make a Dexterity saving throw or immediately trade positions with you and be unable to take reactions against you for the remainder of this turn.
Cantrip Upgrade. Whether you deal Thunder damage or the weapon’s normal damage type, the attack deals extra Thunder damage when you reach levels 5 (1d6), 11 (2d6), and 17 (3d6).
