You magically turn a balloon into the shape of an animal, and can now use it as a personal companion for the duration. It has AC 10, 1 Hit Point, and a Strength of 2, and If it drops to 0 Hit Points, the spell ends.

The Balloon Animal is Immune to Bludgeoning and Psychic damage, and is incredibly weak to Slashing and Piercing damage.

Once on each of your turns as a Bonus Action, you can mentally command the balloon animal to do simple tasks that humans and familiars could perform.

If you command the balloon animal to perform a task that would move it more than 60 feet away from you, the spell ends.

You can inhale the Helium from the balloon, allowing you to disguise your voice.

You can also purposefully kill your animal, which will cause them to rocket forward, allowing you to choose 1 target and make it act as a Magic Missile (always hits and does 1d4+1 damage).

You must choose an animal from the list below, each of which unlocking different abilities:

Balloon Doggo - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a dog, you gain the following benefits:

Fetching Fiend: The Balloon Doggo can fetch things twice as far as the other types of balloon animals, being able to run 120 ft and back!

Bark: The Balloon Doggo can unleash a mighty roar, forcing all targets in range to succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be Frightened.

Balloon Snake - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a snake, you gain the following benefits:

Disguise: The Balloon Snake is much sneakier than the other balloon animals, allowing them to roll all Stealth checks with Advantage.

Slither: The Balloon Snake can also fit in much tighter spaces compared to the other balloon animals allowing them to act as if they have the Amorphous ability.

Helium Venom: You can control the Balloon Snake to poison items, such as food, potions, and even weapons.

Balloon Monkey - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a monkey, you gain the following benefits:

Swing: Balloon Monkeys can use their tails to swing up to 60 ft off an object!

Climb: Balloon Monkeys can also climb up tall objects, but not walls.

Balloonana: Balloon Monkeys are always carrying around bananas, and can use the banana peels as a trap, forcing any target that falls for the trap to succeed a Dexterity saving throw or fly 2 ft upward and forward and take 2d6 Bludgeoning (Fall) damage.

Balloon Giraffe - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a giraffe, you gain the following benefits:

Diverse Patterns: Because all giraffes have different spots, every Balloon Giraffe you summon has a different AC. When you summon a Balloon Giraffe, roll 1d10+3 to find their AC.

Giraffe Neck: Because of their long necks, Balloon Giraffes can reach much higher than the rest of the balloon animals, as they can reach any object up to 12 ft above them!

Ride: You can ride the Balloon Giraffe up to 60 ft forward on its back.

Lick: Balloon Giraffes can lick 1 target up to 2 ft in front of them, forcing them to succeed a Charisma saving throw or be Charmed.

Balloon Sword - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a sword, you gain the following benefits:

Longsword: Turning your balloon into a Balloon Sword gives you all the benefits of having a Longsword. Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to any attack you make with it. You can also give the balloon sword to other characters.

Balloon Hat - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a hat, you gain the following benefits:

Quantity Upgrade: You can make 3 Balloon Hats instead of the usual 1.

Armoring Headwear: You can give the Balloon Hats to 3 willing creatures, including yourself, to boost their AC by 1d4 until the spell ends. The hats are separate, meaning that one being destroyed doesn't affect the others.

Balloon Flower - If you turn the balloon into the shape of a flower, you gain the following benefits:

Quantity Upgrade: You can make 3 Balloon Flowers instead of the usual 1.

Beautiful Gift: You can give the Balloon Flowers to 3 willing creatures, which you can either use as 2 Bardic Inspiration dies, Heroic Inspiration, remove a condition, or to make them roll Advantage on their next attack.
