Water Shield: Elemental Water

This spell only works if the caster is standing in a body of water or small pool at least 1 inch deep. As a Reaction the caster creates a shield of water that deflects incoming missiles from slings, arrows or small objects no larger than an apple. The water will move and swirl around the caster and provide +3AC against missiles and Resistance to incoming Fire attacks such as Flame Bolt and Burning Hands.

At higher levels the spell adds +1AC per level above 1st to a maximum of +4AC.
