Wet Feet: Elemental Water

This spell allows the caster to walk over surfaces as if they have a Spider Climb spell but only if the surface they wish to walk upon is wet with water or ice and snow. The spell also allows the caster to walk on the surface of water as long as they are unencumbered and are not wearing metal armour of any kind.
