You summon the Yo-kai Fidgephant and have it inspirit a target within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become inspirited by Fidgephant. While inspirited, the target cannot use any actions, bonus actions, or reactions until they use an action to "relieve themselves", after which they are no longer inspirited. They also gain Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws and ability checks while inspirited.
