Complacent

Each Humanoid in a [Tooltip Not Found] centered on a point you choose within range must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be affected by the following effects:

• The creature becomes [Tooltip Not Found] and disregards any hostility towards any humanoid creature. 
• After under the effects of complacent for more than 30 days, the creature will start to disregard logic and believe the circumstances of their surroundings with no question. 
• While under the effects of Complacent, the creature only gets to save against the effects of the spell upon taking damage equal to half their hp or more. 

If a creature that saved against the effect stays within the area of the spells casting, they are required to make 2 additional saves against the spells effects, once in the beginning of the day, and once before resting. 

The spell can stay continuously cast as long as there is a source of magic to fuel the spells casting, be it the caster itself or an outside source.
