The Caster calls upon the water in the air to coelesce into a sudden storm of hard driving rain that centers upon a point the Caster can see within range and covers an area 129ft in diameter. The rain falls as the air roils into dark thunderheads during the castimg time and suddenly lets loose the heavy raindrops in a pelting deluge. The rain can extinguish any fires in the area of effect within a minute. The rain is so heavy that it will cause 1 Hit Point of Bludgeoning damage per round to any Creature caught in the area of effect. Perception rolls are at Disavantage while inside the rain effect. Terrain becomes Difficult as the area is almost instantly muddy and slippery and hard to navigate. Animals and Beasts will instantly panic and run for cover; an Animal Handling roll at Disadvantage is required to cointrol any mounts or animals caught in the deluge. The rain will last for as long as the Caster concentrates to the limit of the spell duration.
If this spell is used in an area that is growing crops, the damage will destroy the crops.
