Acceptance.

You speak the final, sorrowful words of Shar, offering the target the acceptance of their inevitable fate. The target must have 100 hit points or fewer to be affected by this spell. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is overwhelmed with the acceptance of death, their soul and body willingly surrendering to the void. The target instantly takes 10d10 necrotic damage. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, they are slain outright, their soul immediately pulled into the Shadowfell, to serve Shar for eternity.

On a successful save, the target takes half the damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute, experiencing the agony of their own eventual demise. While paralyzed, they are unable to act or react, feeling the inevitability of death but unable to escape it.
