Azka's bite

You launch your open hand in a grabbing motion forward at a target within 5ft of you, causing fangs to appear in your hand and bite into the target. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit the target takes [roll]1d6[/roll] poison. damage.

The poison damage caused by this spell ignores Natural poison resistance and immunity (e.g a pure-blood Yuan-ti or Flesh golem), but if the target has resistance or an immunity granted through magic (e.g. The Periapt of Proof against Poison) or due to them being made up of a non-organic material (constructs) then this spell won't ignore the resistance/immunity.
