You touch a creature, eliminating gravity's effect on it for the spell's duration. If the creature is unwilling, make a melee spell attack against them. On a hit, a creature that is not somehow affixed to the ground begins to float away. At the beginning of each of their turns during the spell's duration, the affected creature rises 60 feet through the air. They are incapable of moving otherwise unless they have a flying speed, in which case they may move at half their flying speed each round, or if they arrive at a horizontal surface such as a ceiling which they may walk across.
If some solid object (such as a ceiling) is encountered as the creature rises, the creature strikes it just as they would during a normal downward fall. When the spell ends, the creature falls once again and takes damage according to the length of the fall.
