Blood's Lineage

Three tentacles unfurl from your back, dripping blood from an unseen source. You can use them at one target within range or at several. Make a ranged spell attack for each tentacle. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 Psychic damage and is restrained until they make a DEX saving throw (equals your spell save DC) at the end of their turn, or until concentration is broken. While concentration is maintained, as a bonus action you can deal 1d6 Psychic damage and 1d6 Bludgeoning damage as you crush the target.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You create one additional tentacle for each spell slot level above 2.
