You empower yourself with magical song-flame. Each creature within 15 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 fire damage. You can exempt creatures of your choice that you can see from this effect.

On your turn, when you deal damage with a weapon attack or a cantrip, the target takes 1d4 fire damage. Other creatures of your choice that you can see when you cast this spell also gain this benefit.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the initial damage increases by 2d6 for every level above the 3rd.
