You teleport to up to a desired creature that you can see within 30 ft. and make a melee spell attack on that creature, after that attack if there is another creature within 15ft. You may teleport to a additional creature and make one additional attack.(you teleport to each creature chosen after each attack) On a successful hit you add your normal damage (your weapon damage + modifiers ) plus 1D6 force damage.
