Nargacuga’s Savage Tail Spike

Make a ranged spell attack against a target in range. On a hit they take 1d10 piercing damage plus 1d4 poison damage. The target must make a constitution saving throw. On a failure have the poisoned until the beginning of your next turn.

Cantrip Upgrade. The damage increases by 1d10 piercing 1d4 poison when you reach levels 5 (2d10 & 2d4 ), 11 (3d10 & 3d4), and 17 (4d10 & 4d4).

Savage Spell: You can only learn this spell if you got hit by a Nargacuga’s Tail Spike attack.
