Blessing of the Bubbles

You conjure a small swarm of iridescent bubbles around one creature of your choice within range. These bubbles harmlessly float and pop, providing no tangible benefit in combat or elsewhere. Any creature that can see the target must succeed on a DC 10 Charisma saving throw or let out a short laugh or involuntary chuckle at the whimsical display, though this has no lasting effect on morale or behavior.

The bubbles cannot obscure vision, hamper movement, or cause damage. They pop on contact with any solid object but magically replenish until the spell ends. At the DM’s discretion, the user’s environment might be filled with light, rainbow hues reflecting off each bubble, making the surrounding area momentarily festive.
