Vale's Huge Tentacle

A single massive ebony tentacle streaks towards a target you can see within range size huge or smaller. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit the target takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage and is restrained  A creature restrained by the tentacle can use its action to make a Strength or Dexterity check (its choice) against your spell save DC on it's turn. On a success, it frees itself.

Any creature that ends its turn  restrained by the tentacle takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage. 

Any creature restrained can be moved up to 10 feet to anywhere with in the spell's range on any of your turns with by taking a bonus action. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 and the distance you can move a restrained target increases by 5 feet for each slot level above 4th.
