Bonds of Enduring Pain

This spell creates a visible, shimmering chain of dark energy between the caster and the target.

You touch a creature, forging a temporary bond of shared pain. The target regains 4d8 + your Wisdom modifier hit points.
For the duration of the spell, any damage the target takes is reduced by half.
Also, the caster of this spell takes the other half of the damage.
At the end of each of the targets turns, the target takes 1d4 necrotic damage.
