Flame Lash

You conjure a whip-like tendril of fire and lash it at a creature within range. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 fire damage, and you can pull the creature up to 10 feet closer to you. A creature pulled by this spell is not knocked prone, but its speed is halved until the end of its next turn as the heat lingers on its body.

This pull affect can only affect creatures with size Large or smaller.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
