Choose a creature that you can see within range. An unsettling noise and aggressively pungent smelling brown cloud emanates from them. The target and all creatures with 5' must make a CON saving throw, taking 2d8 poison damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one. On a failed save, the target creature gains the 'They who dealt it' condition and suffers a -1 penalty on CHA saves, their eyes stinging and watering in equal parts, whilst unabashedly blushing at the harrowing stink. Any creature within the cloud of stench cannot wait for the 'dealer' to leave, moving out of their way (if necessary) and allowing them, with a disgusted glare, to pass without causing an Opportunity attack. This extends to any other potential Opportunity attacks for the 'dealer' moving while affected. These effects last until the end of the caster's next turn. Creatures with no sense of smell are unaffected by any of the above effects.
Using a higher-level spell slot. The damage increases by 1d8 and the CHA worsens by 1 (-2 at L2, -3 at L3 etc...) for each spell slot above 1.
