Touching a willing ally freezing their skin. For the next minute the ally gains 1d4 + Charisma Modifier additional damage to it's next hit, lowering their movement speed by -10ft with another -5 ft Per Charisma Modifier.
The 1d4 is rolled during the casting of spell to then be added as stated. After the Ally's first Attack Hit the damage is added and the reduction to their speed is removed.
Cantrip Upgrade. The damage die is increases when you reach levels 5 (1d8, Base Slow -15ft), 11 (1d12, Base Slow -20ft), and 17 (2d12, Base Slow -25ft).
