Bifrost Shell: When fired into a creature or the floor, the shell will create Ice spears from the location the shell hits. The magic is on a delay and will not activate until after a few minutes the Ice spears will erupt. Creatures in the a 10ft radius must make a dexterity saving throw DC 16 on a fail the creatures will take 6d6 piercing cold damage on a successful throw will take half damage while holding any creatures in place. The rounds goes off in one round.
