Carrion bolt

the bolt emanates a feeling of malformity as it travels forward. the moment it hits a gross mass of flesh forms at the point of impact. the clump of meat and sinew quickly begins to grow burrowing into whatever surface it hits. in early stages you can simply tear it off, but as it develops it becomes larger and more difficult to remove. Growing bone, limbs, scales the tumor gets larger. This amalgam of flesh continues to grow for an agonizing 2 minutes. but it's not over even though growth has stopped, this abomination still lives. wildly reaching for a new victim
