Colourful shattering of the world

Two blue orbs appear at a point you can see within range. The orbs fly around a point with lots of light an colour until they meet 30ft above the chosen point and shatter everything. Each creature in a 60-foot-radius Sphere centered on the point makes a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 20d8 Force damage and 15d8 radiant damage and is blinded and defend for one minute on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one and is not blinded or defend.

A nonmagical object that isn’t being worn or carried also shatters to pieces and every structure in the area is shattered and flattened.
