Spectral, mutated cattle stampede through the battlefield, trampling enemies and warping reality with their abyssal presence.
When you cast this spell, choose a point within range. A 10-foot-wide, 30-foot-long spectral stampede charges in a straight line from that point in a direction you choose. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature takes 4d8 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, they take half damage and remain standing.
Additionally, the stampede warps reality in its wake. Until the spell ends, the affected area becomes a Writhing Mire, where the ground seems to shift and pulse as if alive. The area is considered difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn there must make a Wisdom saving throw or be afflicted with minor hallucinations, imposing disadvantage on their next attack roll or ability check.
