The chain you wield and the crown sat atop your head glow as you demand for all those in front of you to kneel to their crowned ruler. Your held chain then instantaneously bursts forth to create binds on any creature in front of you within a 60 foot cone. Any affected creature must make a Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 5d8 piercing damage, 3d8 bludgeoning damage, and is prone, restrained, and incapacitated for the spell’s duration. On a success, a target receives half as much piercing damage only. An affected creature may repeat this saving throw at the start of each of their turns, freeing themselves on a success and remaining only prone.
If a target fails the initial Strength save while flying above ground, they are immediately pulled down towards ground, taking twice the amount of fall damage they would normally receive.
While concentrating on this spell, you may use an action cast the chain you used in the casting of this spell forth to bind the very will of a creature you are currently binding with this spell. The target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they are charmed for the next minute. A creature affected by this charm may repeat the Charisma saving throw at the start of each of their turns, but cannot make the Strength saving throw to free themselves from the binds unless first free themselves from being charmed.
