Blight of Thorns

Upon touching a surface, a jagged spree of corrosive thorns at a target within 30ft. Dealing 2d8 Rot Damage on impact if they fail a DC 15 Con Save, but also dealing 1d4 Rot Damage on the Hour, every Hour, for 24 Hours if they fail the Save or until they pass a DC 13 Con Save. Doing so until the Rot is cured, or the creature reaches below 0 HP. Besides the fact of being a potent poison that lingers on for an entire day, sapping their health away even if they try to escape, it also creates a difficult terrain that only the Herald of Rot can traverse. Being able to use it as a makeshift ladder or blockade when needed.
