You release a hoarse cry that reverberates in a 30 foot cone that emanates from you. Each creature in the cone must make a CON saving throw. If the saving throw fails, the creature drops everything it is holding, and is incapacitated until the end of its net turn and is frightened. A frightened creature can make a WIS saving throw at the end of each of its turns ending the effect on a success.
