Bind Spirit

This spell creates an undead servant. Choose the location you are at, a person you can see, or an item in your possession. Your spell summons the ghost whose personal possession you have. The ghost is bound to the location person or object for the next year and a day and will obey to the best of its ability whatever command you give it upon binding it. The ghost cannot move further than 60 ft away from the place, person, or object it is bound to, and if the person or object is moved to another plane of existence the ghost is no longer bound and cannot be bound again. Additionally, after the time is up the ghost is no longer bound and cannot be bound again. Once unbound, a ghost can is trapped on its current plane of existence and does not return to the afterlife. (the GM has the creature's game statistics).
